Spend your days doing what you love on the water. Learn to safely guide others on open water and through a paddle board yoga class.
Our 3 day SUP Yoga Teacher Training includes the required 1 day WPA Class l certification training and 2 days of paddle board yoga teacher training.  Our WPA Water Safety curriculum includes classroom and on water instruction as part of the water safety education class. Registered yoga teachers can add 20 contact hours to their registration with Yoga Alliance. The cost of the 3 day training is $595 and includes the $295 WPA Class 1 training and WPA yearly Instructor’s dues.

All instructors who complete a WPA Water Safety class are also required to complete the following requirements before their certification can be completed:
CPR/First Aid certificate (must attend a class instructed by an American Heart Association or American Red Cross certified instructor)
Proof of liability insurance coverage

80% on certification exam
$75 per year to maintain WPA instructor certificate

Day Retreats - SUP & Slide 

July 7th, 21st, and Aug 4th


Retreat to the mountains of Big Canoe...if only for a day. Begin your escape with a lesson in stand up paddle boarding. Then perfect your new skills while enjoying a delightful paddle around the island of beautiful Lake Petit. During your SUP Yoga you will explore your down dog while the beauty of the trees, water and mountains surround you. Pack a lunch and enjoy the amazing view from the Marina. Reconnect with the earth on a short nature hike then cool off with some exhilarating rock slide fun!
